If you succeed in connecting you to the space of total Love of yourself, your life in its totality will collapse in ease and the harmony, health, prosperity and the joy.

I invite you to try this small experiment during one week. Begin each one of your sentences while saying to you gently to yourself: " I like, therefore... ". This exercise is intended to inform you on yourself. When one practises this exercise in a consistent way, it reveals us initially that we show very little love towards ourselves, and especially, if you persist in doing it until the weekend, your way of thinking and to feel will change completely. When one endeavours to develop in oneself a really loving attitude, our experiments of Life change by miracle. It is difficult to say: " I like, therefore, I hate this one or that one ", or " I like, therefore, I will make myself unhappy ".

I will finish by giving you an example of processing by the Love. There exists in the heart my being a well of infinite Love. I let from now on this Love spout out on the surface of this well. This Love fills my heart, my body, my spirit, my conscience, all my being. This Love radiates then to ego of all directions and returns to me multiplied. The more I draw with this well of Love, the more I exempt the Love with generosity, the more I have some in abundance, because the provision is unlimited. The Love makes me BE SMELLED WELL: it is the expression of my interior Joy.

I like, therefore I treat my body with Amour. I give him nutritive drinks and food. I equip it and the discussions with Amour. My body answers me with Amour, by making me enjoy a resplendent health and an energy without terminals. I like, therefore I get a comfortable house, this one meeting all my needs and it is always with pleasure that I find myself there. I filled all the parts of vibrations of Love, so that each one which penetrates there, me the first, feels filled of Love and sets out again about it nourished. I like, therefore I have an employment which I really like, an employment which uses my creative talents and my gifts, working with and for people whom I love and deriving a good income. I like, therefore, I act and thinks in a loving way towards all, because I know that all that comes out of me returns multiplied. In my medium, I attract only loving people, because they are are the reflection of what I am. I like, therefore I forgive. I release myself completely from my past, and of any last experiment and I am free. I like, therefore I like completely, here, now, and I make the experiment of living each moment as being one privileged moment, which is good for me, and which builds me. I know that my future is announced sure, shining and filled of Joy, because: I am a beloved child of the Universe, and that the Universe takes care of me with Amour, now, and for all times to come. AND IT IS THUS!
