1. I can discover at any age which I am part-fascinating and joint author of all that arrives to me.

8. While pressing me on some tools likely to support the communication (scarf, visualization, symbolization) and while observing some rules of relational hygiene I make myself more coherent, more consistent to develop the creative relations.

9. I increased and develop my autonomy and my freedom each time I learn how to take care of my needs, my desires or my feelings without making them weigh on the other.

10. When I does not confuse any more culpability, culpabilisation, (coming from the other) and car-culpabilisation, I register a better anchoring in reality and proposes also a less projective reference to the other.

11. My capacity to remain centered, will depend on my rigour not to let me pollute by relations which devour my energy and also of my opening to accomodate relations which stimulate my energy .

12. If I agree to discover that any change personnel has a price to pay in terms of requirements, rigours, renouncements, distances or ruptures possible, I will connect myself more deeply to divine who am in me and to confirm the spiritual dimension which lives me.
