In front of the parasites
to know to say not
People whom the destiny puts on our road are unfortunately not all beautiful, good and nice.
It happens that some are egocentric people, egoistic, even of true parasites which can become a threat for our happiness and even for our health.
In the circumstances, it is necessary to learn how to draw up limits to protect itself.
It is necessary to put emotions on side to look at well the situation opposite and to know to say not to the imposter included.
Admittedly, the thing is not always easy because they are often close relations who are in question. In addition, all the parasites are not animals and malicious. Several are rather intelligent and pernicious not to hesitate to use our emotions in order to handle us and to exploit us. Any human relation which wants to be healthy must be balanced in the sense that it must bring as much to the one that with the other. As from the moment when you feel that the contact of a person affects your mood, tires you, carries you to pessimism and with the discouragement, be on your guards. These are there indices that balance is broken, that your investment in physical and mental energies is not compensated for, would be this only on the level of the elementary satisfaction of the accomplished duty. We can all, one day or the other, being obliged to face testing situations. It is then necessary to make, against misfortune good heart and to endeavour to come out of there as soon as possible because no one cannot survive to be let misuse continuously. To close the eyes is only used to give the crisis to later and into worse. One should not especially be deluded with illusion only through generosity, with force of abnegation, those which exploit us will finish by being touched and by opening with gratitude. It is well-known that one appreciates always less what is obtained free or too easily. Other side, which goes too far and is closed again one day to have given too much is often doubly injured insofar as the wound leaves him after-effects for the life.
